A little overdue review of Joe & Christina Kipping. Simply put, they were pretty amazing. Our search was unique as one of us was moving here from Miami and the other Colorado. We had to plan out the trips and had limited time here. Joe was patient, listened, gave honest/great advice and was not only honest with us about expectation but also honest with his thoughts and insights about the market, the areas , and Tampa in general. We had to make a few trips and houses were lined up for us each time consisting of not only what we found, but ones he knew of. We could not be here for the final walk through so he did it with us via video call. He has help throughout the purchase and even after. We cannot recommend them enough. Again, pretty much amazing.
