Nikola Slavik was born in the heart of Europe – Prague, Czech Republic. Since a young age, when he saw “Million-dollar listing” on TV for the first time, he knew that he would like to be involved in only two things in his professional life: sports, or real estate. Also, he was always fascinated with different cultural styles of architecture and interior design, which goes hand to hand with being a real estate agent.

Until the age of 18 he participated on a professional tennis tour and traveled worldwide to play tournaments. Nikola attended high school in Bradenton, Florida where he was able to combine his busy tennis schedule with his schooling and traveling. Afterwards, He succeeded in gaining a scholarship to play tennis at Bethel University TN and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business management. 

He is very grateful to be “under the wings” of the Tampa Bay Home Team at Keller Williams and to work and learn alongside great name agents such as Joseph Kipping and his wife Christina and to be able to bring his gained experience from being an agent in Europe and, his internship in Sydney, Australia where he fell in love with the real estate industry.

Nick has a natural propensity for customer service and intuitively has a great feel and knows what type of property his client is looking for, even if they haven’t eloquently described it. Nick’s ability to observe what the client’s needs are and listening to their wants has made him an instant success and a client favorite. Nick specializes in all kinds of different aspects of Real estate business, whether it be in navigating the first-time buyers and making the process of the purchase smooth, pleasant, and memorable experience or picking the right property for an investment. He considers his sporting background as a big advantage, which gave him a great foundation, discipline, and resilience that he is using in the real estate industry.  

Seduced by world renowned beaches, Tampa Florida is where he now calls his home. In regards of Nick’s hobbies, he enjoys all kinds of different sporting activities which he always likes to actively participate, watch, and follow sports in general (fanatical fan of his hometown soccer club – FC Slavia Prague), reading self-improvement books, experiencing different kinds of cultures, travelling and has travelled extensively throughout Europe, Asia, and Oceania. He is a very outgoing person, sociable and enjoys interacting and meeting new people. Outside of the Real Estate industry, he prides himself in giving back: he loves to help animals and shelters.
