Westchase is near the heart of Tampa Bay Area and borders Oldsmar, Keystone, Town ‘n’ Country and Citrus Park. Even though the community was formed in 1991 after the County Commissioners passed on their approval, it has undergone massive development in the succeeding two decades and is currently home to over 22,000 people.
